Design Yourself 設計自己: Poster on Tour

This work is a response to our Professor Fathi Bakkoush's call. Along with other submissions, this piece is to be shown at Design College Expo 2005, Korea, Nov. 11-14, 2005 and a design exhibition at Sabanci University, Turkey in December. Reflecting the plastic surgery fad and a cult in perfect face/body in Korea in recent years, the subject settled as "Design Yourself", as it somewhat challenges the ultimate notion of design.

這是我應系上教授之邀，參加韓國設計學院展以及到土耳其 Sabanci 大學展出的海報。教授提出的主題，也是韓國設計展的主題，是 The Age of Design，讓我們就這個主題自由發揮。我則想到韓國年輕人整型風氣很盛，因此設計這件作品來反映韓國近年來的社會現象和價值觀：在這個設計主導的世紀，似乎沒有什麼不能設計，也似乎沒有什麼東西不需要設計了。
